<image:title>ABOUT - A Carbonscraper farm takes ordinary garbage and renews it.</image:title>
<image:caption>Regardless of type, garbage does not need to be pre-sorted. Machine sorting can handle all of it together. This means that every kind of refuse, from plastic to food scraps and construction waste, can all be thrown together.</image:caption>

<image:title>ABOUT - Carbonscraper farms produce their own energy with excess garbage.</image:title>
<image:caption>Carbonscraper farming uses non-renewable waste, like hard plastic and rubber, into energy via gasification, which breaks things down on a molecular level. Doing so results in turbine powered electricity for the farm. Excess energy is sold for high value as green energy products like clean diesel and hydrogen, increasing the bottom line of the farm.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Garbage Sorting</image:title>
<image:caption>Machine sorting makes it easy to extract usable materials from regular garbage. This means that all refuse, including items that would typically get sent to a landfill, can be thrown into the same bins. They are all used or recycled by the farm before they can release pollution into the air and soil.</image:caption>

<image:title>Composting - Put simply, decomposed organic matter, AKA compost, is nature’s best chemical free fertilizer.</image:title>
<image:caption>Composting pulls carbon from organic matter by breaking it down and storing it in soil, where it cannot escape. Carbon is captured there, for the long-term, and delivered to plants. This stops the release of methane gas (one of the worst greenhouse gases) before it is released into the air as decomposing matter in a landfill. Disposing of food waste, yard waste and other organic garbage this way creates 100% organic fertilizer made onsite. That means no chemical or toxic waste and no transportation or application costs. Besides these great things, compost is used worldwide to restore depleted land and stop desertification. Compost is also a high commodity to the organic growing consumer.</image:caption>

<image:title>Energy Production at the Farm - Gasification is truly green energy.</image:title>

<image:title>Energy Production at the Farm - Vertical agriculture has been on the rise for decades, but it has never really taken off. Why?</image:title>
<image:caption>It takes a lot of energy to grow things indoors. A Carbonscraper farm solves the problem by making its own energy onsite, with an almost infinite raw source, trash. Energy is created by gasifying “true” waste, or all the other stuff that cannot be used or sold by the farm. These include plastics, hard rubber and trash bags. Things that would otherwise end up in a landfill, where it lasts forever (worst case) or breaks down leaching chemicals into soil or disintegrating into tiny bits that pollute our air and water (also worst case). By self-producing energy the farm creates yet another commodity. Waste is converted into various forms such as electricity, hydrogen and clean diesel that can be sold for additional profits. Each of these energy products has its own markets and benefits. At the same time, the farm can go completely off grid, or be grid-connected. It can sell excesses of green energy beyond what is needed to run the farm.</image:caption>
